LEM SMALL CEMETERY

	The Lem Small Cemetery is a small cemetery, on the side of the road off
Highway #415 going North from Polk City.  There are only 6 stones, some of them
are new duplicates of some of the older, hard to read stones.  One stone has
information about 8 different individuals on three different sides of the stone.
	Please note that some dates may not be correct and will be changed as the
exact dates become available.  All individuals are listed below in alphabetical
order, with the date of death:
